While on a phone call he admitted to taking instruction from the FF owner, then flipped out when he found that it was a recorded call. Typical from this company, a haven for illegal immigrants. There's no telling who they will send out on an install. For 20 years and three companies the president of FF has been wrecking the incomes of everyone who has tried to learn and use the trade legally.
