First Franklin Loan Services EXCESSIVE DELAY IN FORWARDING PAYOFF INFO TO ESCROW PITTSBURGH Pennsylvania
My rights to sell my home prior to foreclosure were jeapordized by First Franklin Loan Services' delay in sending payoff figures to my escrow agent. They took from December 5, 2006 until December 22, 2006--a time period that is grossly excessive in the banking industry. They said that the forclosure attorney they hired couldn't be contacted, and they needed his fee amount. In the meantime, not only was the buyer of my house in a locked-rate, time-frame, but I was expected to bear the cost of the attorney's dilitoration, as well as daily interest amounts accrewing in favor of First Franklin.
My New Year's Resolution is to put these clowns out of business. My advice for Franklin's holding company, National City Corporation, is to sell this division. I can't believe that since 1845 National City Corporation has had such crooks in their employ. Their attorney needs to have his/her bar roll number revoked. Such blatent disregard for Franklin's clients is not appreciated by the American consumer...
