Complaint Review: First Franklin

First Franklin was a co-signer on a loan the loan got behind offered to pay on account before the judgement the company refused payment unless it was in full amount of the loan and they repoed a car sold it and there is no change in the judgement amount reflecting the selling of the car this judgement is in turn causing me to not beable to finance my home and is putting my children and i in a real bind

i co-signed on a loan with 2 other people the loan became behind i tried to pay something on the loan before the judgement was issued the company refused unless i pain the whole amount of the loan i did not have that kind of money they filed a judgement agaist me they also repoed a car worth more than the loan itself they sold the car and the loan amount is still the same it is not lower due to the selling of the car the judgement is in turn keeping me from uses my lease to but option on my home my lease runs out soon so it has also caused my children and i a real promblem.
