This company invests in remodeling schemes then they get contractors to remodel the homes or mobile homes for sale to customers. This company is not paying the contractor the entire contract and is making up excuses and then threats to the individuals. They have done this to four differant contractors in Georgia and I am sure more than a few in Florida.

The owners of this company are unscrupulous people as we have found out. The still owe us $3350.00 for contract work we did on mobile homes.

The also did not pay the painter what he was owed nor did they pay the industrial carpenter his money. They claimed that they were not going to pay anyone because material and about $200 worth of equipment came up missing according to them (but this wasn't until the contract was complete) However, they refuse to file a police report even though this has been requested so that the contractors can file with the insurance. They simply say that they don't handle things in this manner and that they will not call the police, but they are slandering the reputation of the contractors including us by implying such things. Furthermore, one of the owners of the company it has been found out was fired from Greenpoint for theft, she was also caught up in a scheme to repossess cars then was reselling them for the finance company and was collecting payment but not turning the payment over to the company thus she would then re repossess the car to sell again. It was also found out that she was forging referral checks for another company that she was working for prior to this company.
