First Horizon loaned $135,000 to build a house in 2004.  There was $1535.65 left in the construction lending account that they forgot to credit to me at closing.

They did remember add it to the principle and charge interest on it.  First Horizon says they tried to return it but could not find me.  I was "hiding out" in the house they financed to build, my address was on the check they cashed every month, but they could not find me for 5 years!

They have turned the money over to a government agency with incorrect information so it is impossible for anyone but First Horizon to claim it.

First Horizon offered to correct the mistake and get the money back then changed their mind, earning them my nomination for Ripoff Artist of the year.
