Complaint Review: first house financial

This company offers a 7 day trail period to review their listings and forms.  They provide a service to help you take over homes that are in preforeclosure, but their forms do not provide any protections to the persons assuming the properties.  I realized they had billed me after 5 days even though they state a 7 day trial.  I called their customer service and after waiting an eternity on hold I was informed that the charges were non refundable even though they were premature.  SHADY!  BUYER BEWARE!!!!
