Complaint Review: First in fragrance

I placed an online order for parfum in November and as of now I still have not received my package .... First in fragrance although based in Germany Claims that it will ship to the United States , however it's a big scam . I never received the Parfum and they gave me a invalid tracking number . I contacted Franzika pfister in customer service in which she emailed me telling me she is not the postal service and that it's not her problem . I called company direct only to be told that they do not speak English???

Finally after being cleverly persistent I did get Fransiska to pick up phone , however when She realized that I was checking on the status of my package she hung up the phone in my face . Clearly this company hides behind a pretty website with tons of marketing , but do not be fooled into buying anything because you will never receive it. They obviously take advantage of foreign consumers !!!!! Thankfully American Express credit is able to handle this dispute for me , however it still a big disappointment to pay for something and never receive it . Shame on you!!!!!!
