Complaint Review: First Investment Financial - MALIK YESHER EL - PATRICK COLLINS - SEBASTIAN

Malik Yesher el claimed he could legally remove unauthorized inquires and unlawful negative entries on my credit file and that of a relative's. He received well over $3000 from us to accomplish this.

He told me it would take 30-45 days to accomplish the cleaning of our files.

After 60 days He still had accomplished NOTHING. We viewed our files directly from each credit bureau and our files were worse because HE HAD PLACED ANOTHER INQUIRY INTO OUR FILES!

When contacted Malik's response was, "The credit files at Experian, Equifax, and Trans union are incorrect. I have a way of viewing the correct information in my own special database and I can see the results of the work I've done."

Well my answer to him was that lenders go to the credit bureaus to pull credit files NOT a special database that only he (Malik Yesher El) has access to!

I requested a refund and he flatly refused and even insulted me to boot!

He is a liar, a cheat and a criminal and belongs in jail.
