First IRS First Integral Recovery LLC First IRS Continue in Harassing Behavior even after notification of Bankruptcy Houston, Texas
I continually am contacted by these "collectors" trying to collect money from me even after I have notified them that I filed a chapter 7 bankuptcy back in 2009. They have all information that they need and the continue in saying I will be arrested for check fraud etc. I suspect they are also the same that called me and first had a male voice who claimed to be with the Sherriffs office in my county saying they had an issue on thier desk and then transferred me to another "department" to take caer of the issue where I was continually harrassed and could never get thier name or phone to have someone contact them back. They said anyone I listed on my references would be contact and summoned to appear in court. Its getting very ridiculous. You cant even answer your phone anymore.

You cannot be "arrested" for a debt unless it is a bad check - Inform your Bankrutpcy Attorney of this and let him handle it
