I recieved a call at work from a Mrs. McCray stating that she is a legal aid and calling from 1st IRS law firm and at first she said it was because of internet fraud, then she went into saying that I am do to be in court tomorrow Thursday June 30, 2011 in Texas, I live in Indiana and never recieved a notice in the mail or any kind of document.

I have only gotten phone calls from people wanting to sue me for a $300 pay day loan back from 2009. They got their payment back when they took it out of my checking account the first time then they tried taking another $300 and then it kept going higher and I had to take all my money out of my bank account to get them to stop taking my money so it made my bank account in the negative and then bank closed my account so now this company says they are wanting over a $1000.00 for a $300 loan which they got but they were trying to scam me for more and when they couldnt get it from my bank account now they are threatening to sue me for it.

The lady also said they are investigating my assessts, which thankfully I dont have any, but if they have all this information on me why dont they send me a certified letter and a court order or some kind of document proving who they are, when I asked her that she hung up. She told me if I call them back by Friday July 1, 2011 we can work out a payment plan, and I am not sending a dime to them without knowing who they are and if they are a real company.

Especially if they have thick accents.  There is no court case nor warrant for your arrest.  Tell them to take a long walk off a short pier into shark infested waters.
