Just got home from work on 3-28-11 around 515 pm phone rings i answer.  A man is on the phone asking for me told me to listen and pay very close attention because what he is telling me will save me from going to jail.  He said that in 2008 i took out a payday loan with a company( he gave the name but i don;t remember it) and have failed to pay them back 705.00 asked for my social security number i refused to give it to him i told him if he knew who i was he already had that information, then he asked me if i knew a certain person (he gave the name) i told him i don't have to tell him who i associated with because it was none of his business.  He got mad a yelled in the phone that he was trying to help me stay out of jail, i told him to send it to me in the mail and then i will call them back.  He said i was being unhelpful and he would see me in court and then he hung up the phone.  I had heard about these type of scams so i looked up the phone number and found these reports.
