Complaint Review: First Liberty Financial Bank

In April Of 2001 I applied for a First Liberty Gold Card with a credit line of 10,000. I sent 49.00 to apply for the card and did receive it in the mail.

Since it wasn't a visa or mastercard i called to request reimbursement of my 49.00 and to cancel the card.

I reached a person at First Liberty Financial Bank at this number 1-949-440-0776 in Irvine and was told that i could apply for reimbursement but would not necessarily get it, but that they would send me an application to apply for reimbursement.

I have received nothing in the mail with which to apply for reimbursement, i have tried every other number on the brochure they are disconnected, the web site no longer displays a shopping catolog, their customer service number is no longer in service . audrey whittaker
