In sept. of '04, I was call by first link and told as part of a credit rebuild program, I would get a 2,500 credit card and as a bonus, a desktop computer from Gateway, if I prefered a laptop, I would simply have to call Gateway and tell them so. As an added bonus, I received a dicount on internet service.

Well, as anyone else who has been duped by them, I agreed to it and was told the money would be auto withdrawn from my account on the 21st of Oct. and I would receive the card and computer with in 14 to 21 days.

Here it is the 24th of November and I have not seen anything yet. I called the company and asked for a tracking number since it was coming Federal Express and was told they dont get a tracking number til the package arrives. Well, one thing I do know, Fed-Ex and UPS have traking numbers on all they carry and a person or company would know prior to shipment.

Then after reading rip off about the company and the fraud going on, I called the company and asked about the so called special offer and asked why I did not get the computer and card, even though I still have not seen anything yet, and the girl on the phone said I was told it was only a benefit I must pay for extra and does not include the 354.90 I was told initialy. Who wants to pay 354.90 for rediculous coupons. This company should be stopped for such blatent misrepresentation. This is clear and blantent theft.
