In Sept.04 First Link Benefits called my phone and said they had a special offer to either help rebuild credit or establish it. There was no annual or monthly fees, just a one time registration fee of $354.90 for a credit card that had $2,500 credit accessable. As someone who is young and needed to try and establish some credit I agreed. I was told that I would recieve this is 7-10 buisness days.

The money was withdrew from my account on Oct.4, 04 and it is now Nov. 29, 04 and I have still not receievd anything. I called customer service doezens of times on dozens of occassions for tracking numbers and reshipment options and to speak to a supervisor, a man identified as Ben Shmear, and everytime was either blown off or given the run around.

First Link Benefits is an extreme RIPOFF! They are only out to take money out of our bank accounts and never have any intentions of sending anything promised. Their employees are obviously in on this conspiracy of fraud because they have all refused to help me and said its not their problem. This man Ben Shmear, who is supposed supervisor there, should be fired for sleeping on the job. I have left dozens of messages for a return phone call from him and never once receievd one. $354.90 was stolen from me from First Link Benefits.
