First Nails and Spa Poor customer service,saught in a lie, told customer they don't want their business and hung up, wouldn't honor Groupon discount coupon. Westerville, Ohio

I bought a Groupon for First Nails & Spa in Westerville, OH and have tried 3 times to schedule an appointment for the manicure I purchased.  The person scheduling the appointment was unable to explain the way the Groupon was being used in their store. 

The first time I attempted to make an appointment I was told they only accepted so many per day and she was shocked I tried to schedule an appointment on the same day. 

The second attempt was the same. 

I attempted to make an appointment tonight for an appointment tomorrow and was told I could pick a time during the day.  When I mentioned that I had a Groupon again I was then told there were limited times to pick to use the Groupon.  None of these times worked for my schedule and when I asked her again if there were only a certain number of "Groupon spots" available per day she told me no that they were booked for most of the appointments (after I was initially told I could choose any time).  I asked how far in advance I should try for an appointment as this was becoming ridiculous. She became very defensive stating she didn't have to explain it- she had no idea how far out to call and if I didn't like how the business was run I should call Groupon and ask for a refund.  She then HUNG up on me.

There are far too many salons in Columbus to be treated in this manner.  I will never walk into this business nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.  I have asked for a full refund from Groupon so we will see how they respond to this business.....
