Complaint Review: First Nat'l Credit

Received letter promising $15,000 credit line. When we received the supposed credit card, it was not what we were expecting!! All we got was a stupid catalog and a "credit card" that could only be used to purchase merchandise from the catalog. We tried contacting the scam of a company, all we got was a recording saying to contact them by mail or fax only! We sent the catalog and phony credit card back, with a promise of a refund! This is 6 months later and have not yet(and doubt we ever will) receive our $43 refund that they requested in order to process the card. Businesses like this are what give this country a bad rep. What comes around, goes around, and I truly hope they get what is due to them!! Jared Bucyrus, North Carolina
