Legacy Visa sent me an application to the address of the new home I just bought. I filled it out (needing some new appliances you know?)Well my check that I sent in had my old address on it (I wasn't gonna just throw them away) and they sent my new card to the address on my check. A few weeks went by and I actually got their phone number from this website because when I did a search on their name this is what came up.

At that time I was told that a pre-activated credit card had been mailed to my old address a couple weeks ago. I fortunately saved a copy of the application I filled out and at that time found out it was activated because they had charged 175.00 to it already in super-secret fee's. So I cancelled my account and she assured me she wouldn't be reporting any payment history to my account. Her name is Shawn ext 2401. She refused to give me her last name (I assume because they are in the rip-off business) I won't get my 9.00 back but I don't really care about that. We'll see. I get free copies of my credit report and I will be monitoring what they say about me and that 175.00 dollars.
