Complaint Review: First National Bank

I had sent the $37.00 back in February and never did receive a card. So I wrote to them after trying to locate their address in August. Finally got a card from them in a few weeks and there was not VISA/MASTERCARD on it. Supposedly it is to be used in their catalog. Now, I am afraid to order because after seeing all these reports on them who is to say that they will not send it. Why doesn't someone shut them down or step in for the Consumer?
