Start of Relationship Nov 2001, Received SPAM email for people with bad credit. Fit the category applied and 89.00 + 125.00 fee I have a card that has another 200.00 charged too it. I paid this amount off within 3 months thinking they would be ok and then once that amount was clear and my entire balance was clean I used the card to start my rebuild of my credit. I charged generally 100.00 to 50.00 month but alway's paid 100.00 month to them.

Well last month they called me at work telling me I was late on the payment I immediately called my wife asking her for an answer she said she had no bill. I said well it doesn't matter you have to pay regardless of bill. I check out my previous statement and notice the payment is due the next day. I called them back and did a check by phone + 5.96 fee for processing which is insane. Next month guess what my APR has increased to 49.99% this is no joke I printed the site where you can view your bill online.

I called them and demanded an answer to why my rate went from 18% TO 49% OVERNIGHT and they anwered it was due to my late payment it makes your interest rate triple. This is no s**t, I about went insane, they lowered it back down to normal since it was not late but please anyone who has this lame company please check your statement for bogus fee's and interest point changes. Thank god they reported good now I have a capitol one but still have theirs since it has no balance other than the fee they charge to it every month. They are not a scam in the sense they do deliver a real credit card. BUT I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Best Regards.
