I stupidly applied, paid for and received their "platinum" card. My first payment was due on March 19 in the amount of $10. I paid $100.

A few days later, I checked my account online and discovered they charged me a late fee. When I FINALLY got one of their sub-humanoids on the phone, they explained in grunts that because I paid online, they have to create a paper check (which they charge $5.95 for, undisclosed to me) to pay themselves. Since they do this the day after you make payment, your payment is considered late and then they get you for $29.

They owe me money. They also change due dates on your account without telling you. This is an excellent scam to get more late fees. I've filed complaints with every known entity in the country that regulations banks. I can't wait for them to send me to collections. Buckle your seatbelts, this is going to be a bumpy ride.
