How great to find in today's mail, notice of a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against First National Bank of Marin! There *is* a God! If the settlement is approved, and you are a member of the class, FNBM will have to (1) refund any application or enrollment fees you paid before you received the card, and (2)refund any application or enrollment fees that were charged to you account during the first 2 billing cycles, and were paid by you at any time, and (3) refund any interest from each date a payment subject to resitution was received by FNBM or its agents, and continuing through 2/1/02 at the rate of 8% per annum. PLUS FNBM will also reduce the amount charged off or currently outstanding on your account to zero, make the appropriate report to all applicable credit reporting agencies, and notify you of the reduction and report! I think I'll FED EX my claim form!!! Dave Chicago, Illinois

I filed as a member of the above class action suit against First National Bank of Marin back in May. Well, it appears that the Court found for the Class and determined the complaints against FNBM were legit. I received my check in yesterday's mail. I'll bet it just killed FNBM to cut all those checks.....
