First National Bank of Marin rip-off! Las Vegas Nevada
I got the credit card offer in the mail. I too paid the $49.00 fee and when my card came and I saw that I only had $4 of remaining credit, I immediately called them. They insured me that they would fix it. I never once used the card, but when I got my next statement it showed that I had made a purchase of $4.65. That put me over my credit limit and charged me $29. I told them that I wanted to cancel the card.
I have sent numerous letters and requests to the "bank" of Marin. I seem to be getting nowhere. And my credit, like others is completely shot. I just want to know what I need to do next. Does anyone have any suggestions?
