First National Bank Of Marin this company ripped me off 250.00 already and i can't even use my credit card when i paid 4x the min. payment. California Nationwide

I sent in my $99 start up fee for first national bank of marin platinum visa secured credit card. the first bill never came to my home and i was starting to worry that it was a scam for a quick hundred bucks.

During the time the 2nd bill was due i got a call from a woman named tara (800-756-9428 x3312.) i expressed to her my concern because i never got my first bill and this company was on my "to do list" for a call. I was told there must have been some kind of mistake and since it was the first bill she would wave all fees and interest. i had not pre payed the $200.00 secured fee so she said my minimum payment was $30.00. she said the only way she could wave the fees was to receive a payment that day. so we did an electronic check for a payment of $150.00. that is 5x my minimum. Tara informed me that my whole credit of 260.00 would be available immediately when the check cleared in her system.

I called the # on the back of the card. when i talked to Tara the WRONG bill was $285.00 and change. i payed the 150.00 and the computer says i STILL owe $151.61. This is now OVER the amount of the first wrong bill and i can't reach anyone. i can't even use my card. i tried all weekend and even received a letter in the mail that they got my payment. THE CARD KEEPSCOMING UP DECLINED. i CANNOT afford to lose $250.00. actually who can? anyway i'm hoping you can help. oh and once you put a purchase on the card it cannot be cancelled or refunded. that's why it worked in the beginning and then didn't. HELP
