Complaint Review: FIRST NATIONAL CARD

FIRST NATIONAL CARD AKA CCA, FIRST NATIONAL SCAMMING ripoff Promise a 6,500 dollar credit line, Cash on demand, Drill you through questions, tell you there are no fees, and then take your money!! How can they still be at it! Where is our Government allowing this rip-off to continue!Las VEGAS Nevada

Got this card in the mail. At the time I was desperate for money so I read through it said it was a credit card that will not charge you any intrest rates EVER! Cash on demand card were whenever you need cash you ask the cmpany and the deposit it into your checking account. The offer sounded good, especially considering the fact that it was free.

When I called I spoked to a man who sounded like he could of been a middle age hispanic man, I might be wrong but his tone of voice was very unprofessional. But I didn't suspect so much I thought it just not be that popular of a company. I went a head and gave him my info ( BIG MISTAKE) He tells me afterward that it is not a regular credit card it's a merchant card used only for there catologue. I asked did they have a website and he kept hesitating and telling me they would send a catalogue preview in three days along with my 2 cards. And he kept reminding me if I didnt want the card I can cancel before a certaint date and won't be charged anything ( WHY WOULD THEY HAVE TO CHARGE ME???)

The next day a proceded to do a little researching on this First National Card, see if just maybe they had an unofficial website online some where or perhaps even a catalogue on ebay or something. The only thing I found out was they were very populater on Rippoffreport.com, badbusinussburea.com and other website like this! I read the reports and I was so ANGRY without myself signing up.

So after reading every ones reports I prepaired myself on how to handle the situation. The next day contacted them and talked with a customer service rep, telling him that I switched banks and had a new banking account number. He told me I would have to fax it (WHAT!!) I told him I didn't have a fax machine or access to a one. He then told me to mail it in ( keep in mind he is just rude!) I told him if I couldn't get my account number change I would cancel my membership. he then panics and tells me why would I wanna do that. Then puts me on hold and tells me he's gonna go ahead and take the new account number and have his supervisor change it. I was like okay.

I felt somewhat relieved but still felt unsecured. so I called my bank to find out that 149.95 had been debited from my account! I talked to my bank and they told me I would have to come up there to cancel and alot of other crap but they dont have any info on who took it because it was automated, and they only have an 800 number

I called The First National Card CCA Company and demanded them to cancel my account. I told them funds were deducted without my authorization and every one I talked to was rude and claimed they didn't do it. And when you try to cancel the keep offering sh*t and I you have to keep saying no. So I started telling them don't offer me anything just cancel over and over. Finally I talked to a supervisor. He kept offering me stuff, and I told him hold his breathe, and he was like what's your problem. And i said "YOUR COMPANY" And i don't remember if this was his exact wording but it was something like: " Obviously you cant handle this much credit" speeching to me as if I were 12 years old! I was like I guess not, just cancel, just cancel real loud. And I guess he got annoyed and told me go ahead and cut the cards in half he didn't give a d**n, and he would cancel my membership. I WAS LIKE GOOD> NOW WERE TALKING. Finally saying something I wanna hear. After that I told him to go F*ck himself.

Closed my account, and called them and tried to get info on them but they put you on hold and ask other employees every time you ask a question. And won't give you ANY info unless you have an approval number! Not even basic questions and they are extremly rude. One of the employees didn't even know the location of where she worked, or if it was a 24 business or not. (WHAT TYPE OF STUFF IS THAT)

Im still doing alot of investgating. they have a new number were they charge 3.99 every time you call. I guess it was to put a stop to harassing phone calls. BUT THEY WILL BE STOPPED THEY MESSED WITH THE WRONG GIRL! Any one with me please respond!

if you have such a problem with my grammer, why are you reading it. Unless you've could come up with something WISE to say, I'd suggest you shout your mouth. No one asked for your opinion. No one asked for you to read my story, so in addition you should just move on. Alright Trailer Trash?!

Iam real glad that you posted this story because they sent me the same card in the mail saturday , and I was wondering what this scam was all about. Thank you so much now i can rip it up!!!!
