Complaint Review: first national card (ccs)

contacted them to activate the card found out it cost 199.00 gave permission for a debit. then changed my mine when i found out about the down payment, and it was only a catalog purchase.

called the same day to cancel and the rep told me to wait 24 hours for the info to come over on the computer.

i tried for 3 days after that to get customer service, all i heard was music nobody came to the phone. finally when the music stopped on 1 occasion, someone picked up the phone an hung up.

i have until the 28th of november to cancel or my account will be debited.
