I received a letter in the mail approving me for a $6,500 credit line. At first it sounded to good to be true, after all I am a single mother of three I have bills stacked up to my eye brows and it's the holiday season. I called them to activate my card anxious to recieve some relief all though it is only temporary. After the excitment wore off I read the "fine print", I wish I had done that first. Any how you can't use the card as you wish only to order out of there catalog although on the front of the sheet it clearly states that you can charge with the card at "General Stores" No not true, when the lady told me about the cash advance she failed to mention that the initial amount may only be $20. So I went down to my bank and closed my checking account. Oh, and did I forget to mention that they so curtiously added another $2,000 to my credit line but now they can't touch my account and I am going to cancel with them. I've tried all day and either your on hold or the phone just rang and rang and rang. I also tried calling the number and specifically asked for the lady that "helped" me as she instructed me to, incase I wanted to cancel or just incase I ran into trouble with my First National Card. I tried to research them on the net and low and behold they have no web site, that is how I found this site and thank God I did , just to confirm my doubts, Thank YOU.
