The CCA/ACC also known as First National Credit has ripped me off more than once. I've tried utilizing them but was unable to.

I've been charged over 600.00 and when I asked to be dropped from their company they said I couldn't until I wrote a letter. I wrote a letter twice now and of course they've never received them.

I called about a month ago once again to have my account closed and was told to write a letter. A week later I received a letter sttaing that they're debiting my account by a certain date and if I wanted it closed they'd debit my card. They never said what they'd debit the card for if I cancelled their services.

I called again twice today and told them I did not want their services and wanted my account closed. Both times I was told that I had to write a letter. I then said that if need be I'll cancel my account through the bank. I was then threatened with a negative credit report and that I'd still owe them money.

I have never, ever used their services nor have I ever received any sort of good report to my credit line for the hundreds of dollars I was robbed of by this "company". I am more than willing to take part in a class action law suit filed as I have read literally hundreds of negative reports on this agency.

I warn others that you WILL need to close your bank accounts and any bills that are automatically paid will have to be informed. File a report with whomever you have to but these scam artists have to go.
