Mario uses an internet phone dialer that transmits a false caller ID, to get you to pick up the phone and catch the bogus pitch. I just filed a complaint with the Federal Do Not Call List because it is illegal for the company to contact me.

First of all, NSBA is not associated, nor has ever been associated, with First National Communications which I found out is now defunct.
Second of all, we spend tens of thousands of dollars ensuring that we are in compliance with all the telemarketing rules and regulations. We use the same lawyers as The Direct Maketing association and we subscribe to several scrubbing services.
Finally, we do not use bogus caller ID's
Mr. Anderson, there is an old saying three stricks and your out; you have published 3 false slanderous claims as indicated above; maybe I should take action against you?
