First National Credit A Scam
I received a certificate for the $15,000 gold card in the mail. It did not look like other offers I have received. Because of this, I became supicious. One--there was not a phone number listed and two---when you receive a credit card offer the terms and conditions are listed on the back of the offer. The back of the certficate was blank. So I thought that I would check it out on the net, and low and behold, it is. I would think that this would be considered mail fraud, or be an infraction of some other postal regulation. I am located in Iowa, I wonder how far this has extended to other states. This is why selling information to other organizations should be made illegal. There are many people who do not understand that scams like this occur all the time, and are trusting to the point to send money without checking up on the organization.
