Complaint Review: First National Credit

I received a letter in the mail indicating that I was guaranteed (not a maybe) a credit card for $43.00. I sent in the money and the letter. However, the letter did not indicate an address or a phone number. This should have been an indication to me that there was something wrong, but it didn't. I called today to find out the status of my card and accidentally called First National Credit Card services. They directed me to the proper site and I found this information. I am very upset about this.
