First National Credit Card Credit Card Fraud - I started the application process and never finished it, I clicked "decline" and they still sent me the bill. ripoff Omaha Nebraska

I have been sent an offer for the pre-approved credit card in the mail. It had a link to apply online. I have started the application process, but when I saw how much the fee was going to be, I clicked on "decline". Still, they send me the bill, for 175$, without me ever using, activating or even getting the card.

In the initial offer in the mail, there may have been a "credit card", but I threw away the envelope and everything in it.

I never accepted, activated the card. I repeat, I clicked on "decline" and there was a pop-up message that confirmed.
