I called and activated my card, the man i spoke with barely spoke english. I said yeah yeah yeah to everything ( I KNOW MY FAULT) but then not an hour after I hung up I realized what i had agreed to and tried calling back but (of course) the line was busy. I got ahold of them later that day and said i wanted to cancel the card. I was told I couldnt and was refered to a "floor manager" he wouldnt let me get a word in and said the same as above. about a month later i got my stuff in the mail. In the meantime i decided, ok maybe i lost 200 bucks but i can buy my family some noce christmas presents. I got the catalogs and they were JUNK. the clothes looked like thrift store rejects from 1985 and all the other things looked very cheap. I wrote a noce letter explaining the situation and stating that I wanted my money back. I never used the card and i cut it up and sent it back with my letter. I got a call a few days later and it was them. They asked me what they could do to to keep me as a costumer and i said nothing i justr wnated my money back and she said ok we'll cancel your membership. I said thank you and we hung up. that was more than a month ago and I never saw the money. in any form. I had thought it would be credited to my bank account and i wrote a check for $40 to a store. Well the check bounced and not only did i have to pay $18 extra dollars but now I have a mark against me at my bank.

So I need all of your help. Does anyone know the phone number or address or website where i can contact these people? If so please email me at skyefreedom64@yahoo.com. I am very angry and want my money back.

Thank you,

Leah
