First National Credit consumer fraud ripoff con artist fake Aliso Viejo California
I received a certificate in the mail which stated that I would receive a credit card with a credit line of $15,000 pay an express processing fee of $43.00 and receive the card. Still waiting for the card which I have not received, but the check for the processing fee was cashed a month and a half ago.
