Unlike most of the reports here, I am happy to say that I smelled this as a fraud from the minute I read the solicitation. I decided to immediately check the internet and came to this excellent website verifying my suspicions causing me to immediately contact the Postal Inspector's Office in Denver, CO to file a complaint of Attempted Mail Fraud. The postal inspector checked on the address confirming a horrendous number of mail fraud complaints. He was amazed when he saw the list of reports. I am complaining before the fact of being defrauded with evidence of the original solicitation. Today, the Mail Fraud complaint accompanied by the entire solicitation (stamped envelope included) are on their way to the Postal Inspection center in Chicago. For whatever good it does or doesn't do, I still had to do it. Creeps like this should get the full extent of the law which is 5 years imprisonment and $1000 fine. People like us should know better. You can't expect something for nothing and you can't fix credit problems with more credit. We all need to do something about strengthening the mail fraud laws and enforcement. Mail fraud should have consequences like $250,000 fines, restitution to all defrauded, and 25 years imprisonment minimum. Consider it and write your congressmen to enact new mail fraud laws. The government war on drugs can cause a parent to permanently lose a $20,000 vwhicle to police confiscation because their son or daughter is arrested for possession of marijuana in it, but a low life can like the one behind "First National Credit" can steal openly from thousands of hardworking people without impunity. I am writing my congressman. Larry Littleton, Colorado
