First National Credit GOLD CARD ripoff guaranteed approval scam
The mailing says "you are already approved", "this is not a maybe", "0 interest for 12 months", but you have to look carefully to see "YOU MAY USE YOUR GOLD CARD IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT FOR ALL PURCHASES FROM CREDIT PROVIDOR". They also ask you to send $37 for processing and delivery, but offer no insight as to what products they sell. Sounds like a "legal scam" to me!

Thank you all for putting this on the internet. My husband just received the letter and it sounded too good to be true, so I went on the internet to see if it was legitimate and to find the phone number. I found the number, which is 949-448-8822, and they only will respond to people who currently have an account. The letter is going where it belongs...IN THE TRASH. Thanks again.

Just wanted to say THANKS to all of you who responded to the rip off report. Yes it does sound really good, but I am glad I decided to do some research first. The BBB had nothing come up on First National Credit so that made me think, then I found there web site just by putting in there name, which they more less have frozen for now and then the rip off site came up and boy was it full of info. Thanks for all your comments!!!

I was perusing that identically worded First National Credit "Acceptance Certificate" I received in the mail today, and want to thank you for filing a "Rip Off Report". I was guaranteed approval for a Gold Card with a Credit Line of $15,000.
If it sounds too good to be true it generally is, and my skeptical nature drove me to look them up
on-line...and here I am! You can also refer to my "Rip Off Report" on Capital One...signed Penny from Milwaukee, WI
THANKS!!!!
