The "acceptance certificate" was extremly misleading. I sent in the 39.00 dollar processing fee and in all essences I was ripped off. They sent the card and a catalog and that was a year ago. I have heard nothing else from them except to receive another one of there exceptance certificates asking for my money again. they really should make sure that they are not trying to scam the same person twice. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!! Jessica Clayton, New Jersey
