First National Credit needs to be sued
My wife and I also received this offer after we filed bankruptcy. I think these people keep their eye on folks like us who have had to file bankruptcy (it is a matter of public record ). Please...if there is a lawyer scanning these reports, there needs to be a class action suit against First National Credit. They took advantage of us and they need to be held accountable.
