Yes my name is Thomas Buffaloe. I sent in $43.00 in to First National Credit on 03/06/02 in a personal check form. I was suppose to receive my credit card in 7 to 10 days. It is now April 15, 2002 and i have yet to hear one word from them. I call information and got an toll- free number 1-800-799-1003. I called the number and unless you have an exsisting account with them you canot reach a customer service rep. I am upset and all i want is my $43.00 back. I have contacted a laywer and we have contacted my back and found out that the check was cashed last month and they also told me where the check was cashed at so as of now i am in the process of trying to get my money back. thomas raleigh, North Carolina
