Yes I too was a victim of the 15,000 gold card scam and am currently still seeking resolve in this matter . FNC wasforced to give up an 800 number by a judge in Oregon . The number they wouldn't give up is 1-800-799-1003. But be ware that they don't want to talk to you .It is a machine that will answer your calls and only if you have an account number will they even speak to you .

So I got tricky and typed in a bogus account number or 20 till I fanally spoke to someone who slipped and told me the ext. for customer service is 371.Not quite as deseptive as FNC but they made the rules by ripping me off. it's like having to apply to finger hut but at least finger hut tells you everything up front .

Anyways I spoke to a man named Jullian who seemed to rush the conversation . I informed him of 6 weeks passing since I sent money order and he said that {now get this } Basically I was a LIAR.I told him of my bank giving me a date the check cleared and he said not true. To bad his company doesn't care what he says in fact he is probably employee of the month by fnc standards. Anyways he said give another week to get my acceptance . SCARY they must be going through tons of this applications. poor people.

In closing just in case anyone knows these 2 liars and deseptive con-artist who are prison bound with there current practices. the liars names are Mahmoud Karkehabadi and the founder of srewing people out of there hard earned cash Steven Golgolab. you should both be proud for making people not care .

Oh and by the way you smart buisness man it ain't like the were missing a burger at the drive through window YOU JACK a*s
