First National Credit Pre-Approved Gold Card
This guarenteed offer of a Gold Card with a credit limit of $15,000 has had a lawsuit filed against it by the attorney general of the state of California.
A press release dated April 27, 2001 outlines the details of the charges. This card is only valid for purchases from the First National Credit catalog and then only after the consumer pays for 25 percent of the purchase price by check or money order.
The lawsuit names First National Credit, a trade name for FNC Investment, Inc of Nevada, whose offices are in Aliso Viejo, CA. Also named in the lawsuit are the companies president Mahmoud Karkehabadi and founder Steven Golgolab.
