I also received the $15,000 credit card gold offer, I thought it was a great offer, and sent them the check. When I found out it was catalog items for sale, I returned the package for a refund. It's been over four months now, and I am still waiting for my refund. I wish I had the card # so as to get through to someone in the customer service. I do have a confirmation copy of the return letter from the post office. What do I do so as to get my money back?

Update to First National Credit

As I was typing this report, I called the toll free number (800 799 1003). When asked to enter a tel extension, I punched in 301, and got through someone. That person promised to process the refund and that I should receive my refund within 6 weeks...
I made a note on my calender to call them again if I do not receive anything within that time frame...

To all of you out there, seems like this is a way to resolve it...
