a few weeks ago i recived a letter staing that for 23 dollars i could recieve standard delivery or for 43 dollars i could recieve ruch delivery on a credit card with a limit of $15,000. little did i know that the card was only good for " first national credit" shopping from home. what can i do about a refund? can i get a refund? can the company be stopped from swindling others???
