I received a certificate from First National Credit that I am approved for a credit card with $15 000 credit line and 0 APR for 12 months.

All I had to do is sign the certificate and mail it beck along with a Check in the amount of $37 and so I did, but they only tOOk the money And I never got the card. Now I have no way to contact them.
