Complaint Review: First National Credit

I recieved a Guaranteed Approval letter from First National Credit stating that i was already approved for a $15,000 credit limit, with no credit check. But i thought it was strange because the letter said that "this approval is fully enforceable under applicable federal laws of the state of CA" and i dont live anywhere near CA. I then logged on the internet and discoverd this was a scam from jump street, think goodness i didnt send them any money.. Angela Richmond, Virginia
