My name is Michelle. I live in Florida. At the beginning of March, 2002, i received a credit card offer from First National Credit with a credit limit of $15,000.00. Of course, they requested a $37 fee or $43 fee for this card. I was estatic that a credit card company finally considered me for this creidt limit so that i could re-establish my credit. I forwarded 1st National a check in the amount of $43.00 for the "Rush" delivery on the card. The check was cleared from my account on March 20, 2002. It is now April 4, 2002 and i yet to recieve a card. I contacted information to get the number for this company so i could check on the status of the card. There is no listing. I then logged onto the internet to retreive any info and found the complaints against this card company. I was not happy to learn about the past "rip-off's" and hope this will not happen to me. If i do not receive the card by April 15, 2002, i will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against this company for theft and fraud. I feel that others who have had to endure this grief, should do the same individually or by "class action" so we can shut this company down and make these individuals own up to their responsibilities!!!!! ($43.00 may not be a lot of money to some people but to a lot others, it means a great deal on our budgets)!!! michelle jacksonville, Florida
