First National Credit has got to be the worse company in the world. I started with this company to help pay my creditors in one easy payment, but that was not to be the case.

They were late paying my creditors right from the start. They gave me every excuse in the book why they didnt pay on time. After 4 long months of late payment I sent them a letter stating that I was canceling the program due to them paying my creditor late or not at all. I could have done that on my own.

I also told them that they were no longer authorized to take any money from my account. After 4 months of not hearing from them, they took $298.00 out of my account and said that it was for canceling the program. There was nothing in my contract stating anything about this fee, but it did say that I could cancel anytime with a 30 day notice in writing in which they got.

Every time that I call them about this they tell me that I have to talk to somebody in the accounting dept and they will call me back. Well I'm still waiting for there call and by what I have read about this company, I dont expect to get one.

I have filed a claim with the BBB about this company and I hope that something can be done about this company. They should not be aloud to be in business and the company should be held responsible for all the money that they ripped off from other people.
