I received the card in the mail after paying my 37.00 processing fee. Once I read over everything and realized that the card could only be used in their merchandise book I decided this was not for me. I called them and asked how do I get a re-fund. I was told to mail everything that I had gotten back and they would then re-fund my money. I sent it back with return receipt requested. Well, I got that back about a month ago but still have yet too receive any money.
