First National Credit Scam ..Boy was I scamed!

I just found this website and I wish I would have found it a few months back. I too received a mailing certification from First National Credit for a gold credit card with a credit limit of $15,000.00. Of course I sent in my $43.00 fee and about a month later I recieved my so-called "Gold" card and a catelog. I feel really really dumb for believing this and for what it is worth I won't let it happen again.

Does anyone know if or where I can file a formal complaint? I live in Arizona, close, but not California. Thanks for this sight.
