Complaint Review: First National Credit

I too received a letter in the mail confirming that I have been pre-approved for a gold card for $15,000. After paying $43.00, (money was withdrawn from my bank), I haven't received anything and I can't get in touch with the 'business'. Here is some information regarding the company:
