Complaint Review: first national credit

I was sent an unsoliceted credit card offer of 15,000 $s credit, I was instructed to send forty-three $s to rush delivery. I did so beleiving that it was like most other credit cards in my use.

I then received a catalog and other materials from them stating the credit was good toward purchases through there catalog only. I then called the company and explained to them that this was not the credit I was looking for, the man on the other end of the phone stated to me. "send back the materials and we will send you a full refund" I did so,sending back the materials priority mail, at a cost to me of 5 to 6 $s.

this was sent on october 18th 2001 and received by them on october 22nd 2001.I have not yet received my Refund of Forty-Three dollars. I cannot get in touch with them through their phone # because I no longer have an account with them. However

I did fax them a letter in hopes of recovering my money. I hope this report helps me recover my money. thank-You
